📸 Upon delivery, customers are required to record a clear photo or video of the package and its contents prior to opening.
This step ensures a smooth and prompt resolution in the rare event of an issue.
This requirement is communicated in your order confirmation email at the time of purchase.
Claims submitted without sufficient visual evidence may be declined or limited at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not functioning as intended:
- You may request a refund or replacement within 15 days of delivery
- Requests must include clear visual evidence demonstrating:
- The defect or damage
- The impact on usability or functionality
Once verified, we will offer:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement item, subject to availability
Please note:
Minor packaging damage does not qualify for a refund if the product remains fully functional and intact.
Incorrect or Missing Items
